French

French cuisine features on the menus of most of Galway's restaurants but over the last couple of years a few exclusively French restaurants have sprung up. These include Pierre Victoire on Quay Street(where else but in the heart of the Latin Quarter!) and Ty Breizh cafe which serves excellent croissants and coffee as well as light savouries.
